TERMS OF SERVICE

Thanks so much for the interest! Please read my terms carefully before requesting a slot!

GENERAL:
By requesting a commission slot from me you are stating that you have read and agreed to my terms.

I have the right to refuse any commission request.
I have the right to cancel/refund a commission for any reason.
I do not accept deadlines (see: Turnaround Time)
I will not take written descriptions of characters, please have a visual reference before continuing.
I do not offer NSFW commissions at this time.

FEES:
I have the right to charge a fee for complex designs.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
My prices will always be in USD.
I accept only PayPal invoices in full at the moment.
I will not begin work until full payment has been made.
I will not do refunds after the approval sketch has been accepted by the commissioner to continue.
If I have not sent an approval sketch yet, a refund may be requested.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Depending on the size of your commission, the time it takes me to complete it varies. An icon for example, will usually take me between 2 and 4 weeks, where as a full picture with a background might be a couple months.Please understand that I am intent on making sure commissions I do are not rushed for the sake of being done and that the client is happy with the product! I do work very, very hard on making sure I get through my queue as quick as I can while ensuring quality in my art. That being said, I will keep a commissioner up to date with WIPs and inform them of any unexpected delays. Questions about progress are welcome!

PROCESS:
All commissions are paid upfront. No exceptions. Afterwards I will provide an approval sketch. The client reviews and requests any major changes here. Once approved and edited to the client’s liking if necessary, I work on lineart and flat colors. I send another WIP to the client here, to make sure it is OK to move towards completion. If everything is alright, I finish the commission after the lineart/flats WIP. I then show the final product to the client, make small edits if needed, and then I will email the full resolution file to you.
